Features of agriculture

Fruit cultivation is the center of agriculture, with longan (about 8,000 ha), rambutan, durian, pomelo, and others grown. Rice is also farmed, but in recent years the shift to more profitable fruit trees has advanced. The production of farmed fish (pangasius, tilapia) is also important.

Drawing on the appeal of both Japanese and Vietnamese food cultures, I aim to bring a little richness to daily life.
