We have organized the shift to deep shrimp processing by four major Japanese companies, reported by VASEP on October 2, 2026, limited to what could be verified on each company's official site. It covers the length sorting and X-ray inspection that factories need in order to turn back-split shrimp into sushi toppings, and the room for growth that remains on the Vietnamese side.
