Vietnam's HAGL has announced a vertical-integration plan to establish 20,000 ha of company-run coffee plantations by 2028 and produce everything in-house, down to roasting and cascara tea. It expects coffee-division sales of 71.3 billion yen, giving rise to a new sourcing partner directly linked to the growing area. -
